Ashitaba purifies the blood so the blood flows more easily which lowers blood pressure. The chlorophyll and B12 found in ashitaba helps build new hemoglobin (red blood cells). More red blood cells results in more oxygen in the blood and better cell function in all organs and muscles, including the heart according to Dr. Howard Peiper. N.D.

I like the powdered form because I find it soothing to drink it like tea. I use one teaspoon per cup of very hot water. I drink this first thing in the morning before eating. I have my second cup before dinner or at bedtime. One package is 60 grams. It is also available in tincture form for those that don't like the grittiness of the tea or simply don't have time to make tea. The tincture is also good if there is no place to make tea such as a road trip. One bag or bottle should last close to a month. The equivalent to the FDA in Japan has evaluated this product and the results are pretty amazing. In our country, supplements are not evaluated so there is no data from our FDA and it cannot be said that this product cures, prevents, treats or diagnoses anything. All I know is that I really look forward to tea time! Visit our site www.seachangeforlife.com and there is more about it on there.
