Sorry for such an unprompt reply, but my computer has been acting up all day. It should not cause you any great problems, but just to be on the very safe side, why not wait until you are either at your destination or until you get back home. I didn't notice anything but a calmness and some better breathing and a little stomach grumble the first day.
