I think the tincture and the powder are equally good. When the powder is put into a teabag form, this is where you lose some of the potency because the grittiness has a lot of the important nutrients and the bag would block the flow of some of the ashitaba. I like to relax and have a cup of the tea, but the tincture is perfect if you don't like swamp water or if you are a person on the go or are traveling. I think that is great that Jeannine has been able to give up the Tums and Prilosac. I need to give up desserts, but I haven't seen that it works for that.
