All I know is that if I had come to this site this morning, I wouldn't have had to call Jeannine to ask basically, the same question: How do I take the tincture? I didn't know if it was ok to mix it with anything. It was nice talking to you though, Jeannine!!!!
And Barb----nobody needs to give up desserts!!!! How silly!!!! Desserts are our "rewards"> (That's MY story----and I'm stickin' to it!!!)
