I started with Atkins (2002 version) 7 years ago, lost 29.5 kgs in 5 months, had a car accident and fell off the wagon. Last August I came back (I had regained 20 or so of those lost kgs!) and restarted with Atkins but am now following what is called the Primal Blueprint as I eat NO grains at all. PB allows you aup to 150g carbs a day but I try to stay between 20-50, as I still have a lot of weight to lose.
