If you can, get some Natural Calm http://www.calmnatural.com/ and have it in water or tea about half an hour before bed. You will sleep well and get cleaned out. Also be sure you are eating enough fat, try adding in coconut oil somewhere, too.

yes, after a carby blowout, you feel really tired, bloated (gained back all that water) and achey....
