Anything I'd say on this topic would probably be too controversial - I'll say this: get blood work done, if you can afford it. It's likely a matter that can be taken care of instantly with supplementation.
If you can't afford it, I'd read Vince Gironda's "Unleashing the Wild Physique" in the diet section, or, alternatively, Atkins himself wrote a book called the "Atkins Nutrition Breakthrough". Both books talk about this type of nervous sensation that often accompanies the diet. The problem itself is not so bad - it's the symptom of feeling so bad that is a problem. As it grows, you can actually get nauseous from so much "speedy" energy, and later it can sometimes lead to losing a lot of hair. It's a reversible hair loss, but it's an inconvenience.
It seems based on that diet that you are probably DEEPLY into ketosis. While you don't need to be that deep into ketosis to lose weight, the problem is probably not too little, but too much of something.
Easiest solution: get blood work done.
