I am by no means an expert and can only go by my own experience. I have found since LCing that I am much less depressed and in general feel much better both mentally and physically. I have had to add magnesium to counter the leg cramps but all in all despite some really very aggrivating life circumstances, I feel really positive and optimistic about things in general. DH and I might both be out of work soon for different reasons and yet it sort of hasn't even phased me and we could end up with not one but two houses in foreclosure if things go in the wrong direction. Before, by now I would have been a loon but for some reason I seem able to cope and just roll with it. I can only attribute this well being to this WOE because nothing else has really changed. Perhaps it is just a matter of "getting over the hump" give it a bit more time and things may change for you. The first few weeks are definitly the hardest and I would hate to see you give up so early in the game.
Cheers my friend and good luck to you!
