My biggest issue is when I get any kind of energy surge I get anxiety. From caffine, to even alcohol it happens and its been going on for 5 days now, I have had 2 actually panic attacks and the rest of the time I just have the normal nervousness. It is all the energy, even when I workout it is still go go go. But on a side note, I am used to fatigue all the time. My last readings showing early adrenal fatigue and my cortisol levels are very low, I am going to give it another few days and if it doesn't improve then I will increase the carbs by 10. Thank you for listening/reading
