I watched a short online video today by Dr. Mark Hyman... and he said to include chia seeds in your diet to reduce inflammation. Funny how things like this pop up over and over once you hear about!

He also suggested drinking green tea... and some other things that I can't remember now. LOL
Yes, we hear from customers often--but we cannot make any general claims about it--that their symptoms from lupus, fibromyalgia, arthritis, etc. have been relieved after using chia on a daily basis. This is very gratifying for us!!!
