Oh, you know I've never thought of using coconut oil to up my fat and eat less protein, I'm going to do this starting tomorrow, maybe with olive oil though, I use coconut oil for my hair and skin, never thought of eating it . I just figured out that I am consuming over 56 grams of protein daily, not good as women only need 46g. I will make this change and see what happens, thanks!
