Well I'm just going to say Hi and welcome because I don't have a clue and will be no help what-so-ever. There was a post on here a couple of months ago ( I think it was one of the Tracys ), with counts for a whole bunch of spices and herbs. It was a decent size list. Anyways, good luck!
