also i do 4-5 weight sessions a week, although not as intense as normal since i started this diet. usually 18 sets across 2 muscle groups per session, im guessing a 200-300 calories being used. also try to get 10-20 steep incline walking burning 150-300 calories. so averaging 500-600 a session.
