ya its low. but not every day, when i go gym its slighty higher. id send you a link but it probably be easier to google it. there is lots of websites for it. and its a muscle building diet. but it will basically allow you to not put much fat on at all but gain masses which is what its all about.

im simply trying to get to a single digit bodyfat at the moment. todays intake of carbs will be 30, and just checked and im in the middle of the ketostix so its definately working well
