i do eat alot of meat for the protein, but its generally lean. i also eat cheese and pate's for descent fats. and of course eggs, averaging about 3 eggs a day
i eat veggies every day but only with my main meal and its 200g as other wise its too many carbs
i have reduced my carb intake a do feel much better, my brain is ticking over pretty well now
