Thanks for coming to out to talk to us Kim! I am so glad you did. I have used the ketosticks too! I like seeing that dark purple color. It made me feel like I was making progress. I haven't used them for awhile - mostly because they are expensive. Kudos to you for making progress!

10 pounds is GREAT!

I've been a good girl so far this week. I haven't had my wine since Saturday - no, make that Sunday.

It's good to know I am not alone.
