I do not have experience hitting all those but there is a great review thread on the J40 cb's. There were a few people who didn't feel comfortable in general with a smaller top line but they had no problems adjusting to the J40's.

Thanks, the Bridgestones are the ones that interest me most. I'm going back to a stiff shaft as well. I wonder if there is a market for old Mizzies? I just put the tour issue KBS X Stiffs in them.
