I use to be on it...However, I stopped. Not only because I was a smoker but because I felt I was still a little too heavy. As soon as I lose another 10 pounds, I am going to start up again. Also, in other news, I am now a non-smoker! It was the hardest thing I've ever done. I still struggle daily but I feel positive this time. Not smoking will give me a lot more endurance for this program.

I just walked in the Komen race for a cure this past weekend. My goal is to do the 5k next year running
