My motto (before Atkins) was "Walking is what you do when your car breaks down, and running is what you do when a grizzly bear is chasing you!"

Well, I've gotten a little better! I am walking a couple of miles a day now (not a lot compared to some of you but it's a start) plus I am using my stationary bike for 20-30 minutes per day. I got this bike because my boyfriend told me how much I would get to enjoy using it (it's been six weeks and I"m still waiting for that to happen!) I don't hate it, but right now, I'm still just doing it because I know I need to do it--hopefully the "enjoyment" will come later!

So, I admire you Murv--you've gotten to that "enjoyment" phase that I am still hoping for! Good for you, and keep up the good work!
