Hi Lexi!
Thanks for requesting the input. I'm almost 31, and had a daughter three years ago. I have a history of weight issuses on both sides of the family, and I'm determined not to fall into the same trap. I currently take Klonopin, but don't feel that it affects ny energy levels during the day. I'm now on the third week of the program(as I've heard is the "stall" week.) I was alittle disappointed that I didn't lose the kind of weight that others seem to lose in induction. I'm adding a variety of exercises to my routine---tai chi, yyoga, weight training. I would like to be down to 120lbs by September. Wish me luck!
