Ideally, I would like to get down to 120lbs. I build muscle very easily, though, and I know that muscle weighs more than fat. I've battled an eating disorder my whole life, fluxuating between bulimia and anorexia. It's been VERY difficult to lose the weight since having a baby three years ago, inspite of diet and exercise. This is the first time in my life that
i can recall actually eating without giving thougjh to every calorie or gram of fat. Wish me luck.
