Do children count? and other househould items
My five year old, my baby if you will, weighs 48 pounds and I lift him about 5 times a day(an tote him for about five minutes). I am frequently moving to furniture back after the kids goe sliding into it, scraping it across the floor. The recliners are especially heavy. I know Iam reaching, but I am a little depressed having only made it to the gym once a week since I joined. I have to depend on someone else to go down there. I would be there every night if I had a vehicle, but anyways. I just need some motivation here.
How about mowing a not so big yard with a pushmower?
Incidentally, I can walk on the treadmill (when I go to the gym) for 3 miles. Then I do the eliptical. I like that thing better. I don't pay much attention to that one except I do it for 35 minutes before I move on to working my abs, arms, chest, and back. Letting go of induction and then not making it to the gym is driving me batty. Any inspirational advice would be greatly appreciated.
