Cardio is awsome of course for burning calories as Q suggested...
As far as the chest goes... bench presses, and fly's rule the day. As the muscle tissue builds behind the fat... it will help to lift the saggy boob look... that we both know doesn't look all that attractive on guys. If you lucky, in time you can make them bounce by flexing them... (it's amusing if anything else
).
I haven't read alot of books on weight lifting yet, but from what I have read.. Most experts think most people way over work thier abs for nothing. Most exercises make you flex your abs, and from what I understand doing ab specific exercises aren't going to do a whole lot for anybody once they reached even a slightly moderate level of ab fitness. Now don't get me wrong, once a week it's a good idea to throw in some ab crunches... but that is all that is required. They get a decent work out most of the time with everything else your doing. I am still a bit to big to even to one Ab crunch... but I know I have come along way i can get myself off the bench easy enough.
