Lunacat,

I think its definately to do with pushing yourself too hard. I hope youre checking your heart beat rate while doing the exercise? If u exceed your heart beat rate and the heart is pumping at speeds it does not know till now, u will definately have symptoms of nausea and blackout etc.

I used to be in an aerobics class once and everytime i let my heart beat rate exceed and never rested i got the very same symptoms. They can be dangerous. Have u got an instructor there who cld breif you abt the heart beat rate to exercise in?

One method is that when ure full force and tired, stop, put your fingertips at the base of your neck (where u can feel your heart beat ), look at your watch and count one minute. Meanwhile count the times ur heart beats in that time. You will know what the rate is and then can compare it with an accepted rate.

Good luck!
