So I am going back to the gym today after letting my aching muscles (which still ache) rest. Its just after 8 am and I have so much to do (leaving for cruise tomorrow) So I will get some food in my body soon here (with carbs) and get to the gym ATLEAST an hour after I eat. I will also skip my coffee until later. (Oh am I gonna miss you my dearest coffee, but not to worry, i will be back) So we will see how I feel. Of course I will let you all know.
