I'm not sure if I agree with the exercise portion of mine.

It says that I should avoid any lower body training because I'll bulk up very easily. That is so not true for me. I carry weight in my legs, but it's definately not muscle. I'd love to add muscle and lose fat so I can have some definition.

It also says that I should have great arms - how I wish
