Scott, I went back thru my log. I ran 3x in week2, but not at all in week 3. That was when the fatigue really overcame me, and I had trouble getting out of bed. Everyone is different, but if this happens to you, don't get discouraged. Weeks 4&5 were still "light" for me, but by week 6, things really evened out. I'm sure my carbs were a little higher by then, too.

I'm not sure how much was affected by carbs or just by my body adjusting.
