Wimped out on my wide-angle push-ups today, but I increased my crunches to 70..also did 2 miles on sat and 2 miles today

2/16/04

Pull-ups(overhand) 9
Pull-ups (underhand)4
Dips 4 sets of 11
Push-ups 50
Push-ups(tricep) 32

half Sit-up 35
hand-to-toe 30
crunches 70 (two sets of 35)
side Sit-up 30 (each side)
flutter kick 20
leg raise 20
cutting edge flutter kick 20
hanging knee-up 5
