I haven't seen these you already have the diet, Sam's Club and Costco carry the popular fitness and pilates tapes for much cheaper. I somewhat disagree with Teuthis about tapes. In an ideal world we should just exercise but with young children a full time job and home to take care of not to mention lifes other curveballs the routine imposed by a tape can make all of the difference it did at least for me.
