Wow.. thats great to know! Thanks. I will certainly keep u posted.

Only thing that worries me slightly is whenever I have run or used a proper bike.. I've ended up with a burning chest even whne i was fitter and nearly 35lbs lighter!

I want to start off small to test if it comes back again, and to build up my running from scratch. If it does return i'll have to check it out with a dr I think in case it's a form of asthma or someting.

I figure even if I can only run a mile without my chest hurting its a good thing. And hopefully i'll make more.



Am going for a 4.5 mile walk today and some gardening at the end of it, so won't start today but will do soon.
