Did Week 2 day 3 today.. BUT did it a bit different. I've been testing my ability (not to the extreme though)
and did the sets for Week 4! and a little extra.. ran
3mins - 90 sec walk
5mins - 2.5 min walk
3 min - 90 sec walk
6.5 (yes...) run!!!
Am soo pleased as my breathing was fine! Didn't push too hard, just jogged.
So now I don't know whether to do week 4 next week, or week 3?
