sadly as niece has dropped out, she's choosing to 'walk' the course. and not sure she'll even enter as she's now saying she'll do it herself.

I am planning on doing this alone, but I don't mind. It's lovely to de-stress, and if I make a friend to run with in the future great, if not.. I can do it on my own! I don't even get shy when I run past people now. I don't care what they think  .

I used to think joggers/runners were mad!

The one thing I still don't understand is why they run alongside busy traffic beathing fumes.

Patty, do you think it's wise to do week 6 day 1 and 2 as 20 min runs instead of breaking it up? as off next week I'll be doing 25 mins straight and no more walks allowed.

I feel able to do it, but dont' know if I should. My legs are fine etc, but my mileage is lower than it should be.
