I think you'll be fine. I don't know why they go back to intervals for 2 more days. If you're comfortable with the 20 minutes, then I'm sure you'll be fine. You've been doing other aerobics all along anyway.

Hugs, I'm so proud of you You wouldn't believe how many people don't get this far! A few weeks ago you were proud of 90 seconds, and now you don't want less than 20 minutes. Isn't it great?!

As for the traffic deal - I think that once you get to the longer runs, it's just hard to find a good route. Sometimes, part of it has to be on a busier road. Personally, I try to keep to the quiet roads, but sometimes those roads get busier, too.
