Not sure if this is the right area.. But, currently, I am 5'8 and weigh 225-230 (depending on day) I want to get down to 155. Will my skin shrink as well. I hear these horror stories of having all this loose skin. I think it way apply to someone who weighs a lot more than me and loosing a lot of weight? Anyone have advice??
