Here is a simple trick that works for me. Every time I finish a workout, I mentally schedule my next workout (date and approx time) and what I'm going to do. I make keeping that mental commitment a priority. If something comes up and I can't, I mentally reschudule as soon as I know. Working out has to be a priority - I make about 95% of my workouts, and aim to never miss a reschedule. (When I do I know I'm in danger of falling off the wagon!)
