To me, it seems like a lot of money for something that doesn't look too promising. I've never tried it tho. I have tried past tv informercial exercise things, and they have never been worth the money. The only ones that I have heard positive feedback for are the Gazelle and the Home Gym (the one with Chuck Norris), altho I've never tried either of those either.

If you want to strength train at home, you could always try videos that use weights. You can get dumbbells at KMart, Walmart, Target, etc. You can then rotate several videos, to combat boredom. I swear by them. I never work as hard without them.
