Thanks for your input, Patty. I do use the rubber bands for strength training and rotate upper and lower body videos. My problems are that lunges are hard on my knees and I have a major lower back problem which seems to get very sore with certain exercises. This thing sort of looks easy on the back, but like you said, it seems like a lot of money for a gamble. I'll have to see if consumer reports has rated it.
