Ive noticed some rough pain in my left knee when running on the treadmill lately. I took to wearing a knee brace for support and lately it lasts for all day after. I have to use icy-hot this morning. Has anyone torn their acl because i hope this isnt a serious problem and maybe it will go away soon. I havent been able to run today because of the pain, and i only was able to walk 1 mile before it got really severe.
