Marcy, I wouldn't worry too much. You will have been on this for a while by then. If worse comes to worse, you'll just take 3 days off, but watch the sugar. You're sure to burn off all the carbs you eat while walking.

That is so amazing. I never heard of it until recently, and am really interested. I can't imagine walking 20 miles a day for 3 days!
