Hmm .. yup I have found the same thing Hands.

I've read all that Atkins has to say concerning 'increased endurance' .. but I'm in week 6 now and still feel far weaker than I did when I was carb loading for exercise. Of course I don't get the same 'dips' afterwards which means my recovery is far better .. and I'm far healthier in myself.

Still ... I was kinda hoping to feel stronger, but alas ain't seen nothing yet. Perhaps like PattyC I'll see an improvement after 8 weeks.
