Well I have found out that I am not quite ready to more than double my weekly running.....I hate feeling wore out, and that's what running those extra 2 miles everyday was doing.....not ready for it yet. My plan is to go back to running every other day (6 miles a week), but include sundays..this will bring me up to 8miles a week- I think it will have a lot less effect on my energy....
You were right PattyC..have to take it a bit slower..Losing all this wieght has made me feel like Superman..Turns out I am just Jimmy Olsen
