I've heard people mention the Gazelle as a good affordable machine. I haven't used it tho.

I got a treamill from Walmart for about $400, which I really like. This brand is sold elsewhere, but it seems that this model is exclusive to Walmart. I see that they now have a higher model for about $100 more. They also have the Gazelle.
