Yes I'm a big supporter of The Gazelle. We got ours from Walmart.com for under 100 dollars. Had it a ayear and half and NO PROBLEMS. Had to oil it a few times in the beginning because of the squeaking but since then it's pretty quiet. You can get up to the equivalent of 6.4 mph at least that's the highest I can get and sustain gliding. It works your legs differently than just jogging because you aren't picking up your legs youi are gliding. Kid of like walking in skis a little bit. You can fold it up and prop it against the wall. They have models with cup holders and stuff but we just have the basic one. I use it in two ways, one is the mornings for my "serious" half-hour of cardio and the other is maybe I need some extra activity so I'll take an easy 2 hour walk on it while watching a movie or TV.
Check it out, I love mine.
