Week of 1/11 (16 miles)

Sun 1/11 - 60 minute strength (total body) video - the Firm
Mon 1/12 - 3 mile run
Tue 1/13 - 4.2 mile run
Wed - 1/14 - 50 min strength (lower/upper/ab) videos
Thu 1/15 - 4 mile run on dreadmill
Fri 1/16 - rest
Sat 1/17 - 5 mile run + 3 mile walk
