hey girl,
you're doing awesome!
Are you taking rest days though? Like days with no exercise? Cause your body needs that. It actually improves your results too! Because your muscles are not fatigued.
Man, I feel lazy compared to you. I havent exercised. I will start on monday though. Back to work monday and i work out before i go, and then i walk home (about 30 mins)
