Fitness breakdown-

Monday - Wednesday - Friday

Morning
35 minutes bike
5 minutes crunches and butt
5 minutes stretch

Evening
5 minutes stretch
10 minutes bike
20 minutes upper body toning and lifting

Tuesday - Thursday - Saturday

Morning
35 minutes bike
5 miutes crunches and butt
5 minutes stretch

Evening
5 minutes stretch
10 minutes aerobic dance
20 minutes lower body toning and lifting


Once my toe heals well - about 2 more weeks

I am going to start running either in the morning or the evenings 3-4 days a week

Rest day is Sunday
It seems I have developed an addiction to exercise....it combats boredom and if I miss a day I get really really cranky.
