I did tae-bo this morning. I still have to rest a bit during parts of the workout. I was able to run tomorrow. I am going to cut down my exercise to working out twice every other day. My cravings are out of this world when I exercise this much.
I am not really hungry just craving carbs for some reason. I find that cutting back on the exercise helps for now. It should be 1 more week and my toe should be better. Then I can continue the couch 2 5k plan. I tried it yesterday and couldn't make it all way through the first work out.
