Thanks for the pointer to the Couch to 5k progam. I had never heard it of it before and I know some people that will be very interested in it.

The Tae-Bo would be a good cardio. It gets very intense. Are you doing Bill's latest program or one of the older ones?

The running program will eventually lead to a sustained higher heart rate after a couple of weeks training, but looks really good for a starting program.
