They're both cardio and you can do them every day. Running is high impact, so you need to build up to running every day. Tae bo is supposed to build strength, too.

You may also find that the early weeks of the c25k are light, since you're not running the entire time, so supplementing with TaeBo is good. Once you're able to run the 3 miles, you'll be getting much more out of it.

Remember not to burn yourself out! You want to make this a lifetime habit.
