Ah I am addicted...I actually changed my workout to twice one day and only once the next.

So as not to get burnt. I ride the bike on the 4th to give the running impact a rest.

I still can't get into my new running shoes comfortably. My toe still hurts a bit.

I am almost to the point where I can finish the complete taebo workout (basic)
